Yesterday we have been ordering from Vesuvio again for a long time because we remembered the cream schnitzel, the escargots in tomato cream sauce, and the rigatoni in the four different cheese sauces that were very tasty. We gladly accepted the waiting time of over an hour. However, we did not assume that the 6 snails landed on the floor during delivery, during the handover, that the creamed schnitzel turned out to be garlic schnitzel without cream and that the rigatoni of cream and salt had too much and the four types of cheese are that Pasta just hurried by. When we complained to the colleague in the order acceptance department and the cook was questioned, the company made no attempt to satisfy us as customers. Actually, we wanted to put your products on the counter today so that you can inform yourself that the food we have paid for belongs in the bin, but the opening times shown on the menu are also incorrect, so the food is actually in the trash has landed. It's a shame about our money!

Ordered here again after a long time. We used to be here quite often and it was always good. Unfortunately, the store has apparently declined considerably since then. The pizza was cold and very tasteless. The pasta definitely prepared with ready-made sauce ... There are two stars because a lot of pizza rolls are still delivered with enough herb butter.

Ordered lasagna al forno and a pizza with spinach. Aldi lasagne tastes a lot better and it's cheaper too. The sauce has hardly any taste and the minced meat cannot be tasted. There was frozen spinach on the pizza with spinach! Hardly any taste and unsightly. No scattered leaves as is usual with fresh spinach, just frozen mud. Hardly any leaves, rather just stems. Hello Vesuvio it really works better!

Pizza delivered deliciously and quickly, but neither the lunch nor the app discount was taken into account. The supplier could do nothing but refer to the boss, but so far no one has reported.

Delicious pizza, fast delivery, unfortunately none of the advertised discounts and those applicable to my order were counted towards me, neither "midday discount 11:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. - collection & delivery" nor "10% discount when ordering online or via our app ". The only question is why the flyer was attached to the invoice upon delivery, on which both discounts and other advertisements are explicitly advertised again? A temporary limitation of these discounts is also not shown on the flyer. It is not ok if it is used to advertise, but the discounts do not apply at all. Then just leave out discounts and above all the misleading flyer and trust that the delicious dishes and the good service are sufficient for the customers;) Other discounts are advertised on the flyer, e.g. "With an order from 30 € you get a little attention from the house" or "With 20 collected invoices you get a credit of 10 €" or "Company special 15% from 50 €". It is also announced that "you can take part in the competition shortly with orders". Which promotions and discounts are actually still current?

Yesterday on my daughter's fortieth birthday: 2 trays of pizza, ordered in advance. Delivered pretty punctually at 6:10 pm. Almost burned at the edge, the bottom of both trays is at least 90% raw, not baked, not even hot. Call, complaint, I had to you listen to stupid comments, snooty chatter, we had to send photos of the dough pieces. Only then was the stuff reluctantly exchanged for normal pizzas. I live in Berlin, so a shop like this wouldn't last 6 months. Never again!!!

Everything tasted great! The portions were plentiful! Delivered on time, dishes were still hot. Tiramisu a dream ? Thank you for that.

Good pizza. Better to take away or to eat fast. Sit comfortably, prefer somewhere else. Service is ok. Parking is good in the neighbor street.

Good place to stop for a quick pizza or to get take away. Not too romantic to sit though. Great pizza. Truly Italian style.
